exchange and refund policy

Exchange (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Procedure

​

An email in which the order number and the subject of the return indicated must be sent to the following address before any return : pivoine.signature@gmail.com.

Shipping

​

To return a product, you must send it by post by colissimo with a tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Once the item has been received you will receive a credit in the form of a promo code for the amount of the item excluding shipping costs in order to proceed with the exchange directly on the site.

​

Several types of products cannot be returned such as gift cards.

 

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where refund and exchange is not granted:

​

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

​

Because sometimes we can make a mistake on a size, come away with the wrong item or with a product that ultimately does not suit, we owe it to ourselves to offer you all the flexibility of a brand in the service of its customers. For this, we have developed an exchange and refund policy that seems generous enough to us, even when we have a ministerial agenda;)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

​

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed on an off-shipment basis, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable )

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
